“Went in to get a clean shave. They missed my neck, there was stubble I could feel all across my face. I could have done a better job at home! Infact I had to finish the job myself at home after. Would not recommend”

Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers return for the haircuts, with several saying they have been coming for three to five years and won't go anywhere else. They describe friendly staff, a good job every time and cheap prices, and one mentions the banter in the shop. Others point to fast, efficient service and a professional cut, and one calls the barbers the best in the North East. The main complaints come from two low ratings. One customer went in for a clean shave and said the neck was missed and stubble remained across the face, so the job had to be finished at home. Another said one barber is really good, but a different barber ignored what was asked and left a cut that looked like the Punisher. One reviewer, who had not visited personally, noted that everyone they know has left happy.
