“I placed an order about 40 mins ago, i spelt out the address and the delivery driver then rang asking me what the address was because the lady took it down wrong, never told me how long it would be so didn’t know when it would be here, food arrived and open the box and there was curry which on the phone i clearly said gravy twice and they told me it would be 40 minutes so send out a new tub of gravy when they made a mistake now all of my food is going to be cold!!!”
