About Mr Moo's Ice Cream Parlour
Mr Moo's Ice Cream Parlour is an ice cream shop on Hornsea Rd in Driffield, where the ice cream is made on site with fresh whole milk and double cream. A campsite with serviced pitches and camping fields shares the premises, so campers have the parlour on their own site. The menu runs to 52 items, with milkshakes and sundaes alongside breakfasts and light lunches of savoury pastries, panini and jacket potatoes. Flavours include cookie dough and mini egg cheesecake, and the Biscoff shake is made with the parlour's own ice cream. A tasting option gives a scoop of each flavour. Dogs are welcome, and a doggy wash station near the car park is there for sandy pups. The car park is free and has a signposted walk down to the beach.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return mostly for the house-made ice cream, with flavours like liquorice, cookie dough and a Mini egg cheesecake that had sold out by one diner's second visit. One describes a tasting experience of a scoop of each flavour as incredible, and another praises a Biscoff milkshake made with the parlour's own ice cream. Close behind are the breakfasts and light lunches, with panninis, jacket potatoes and pastries mentioned, and several call the prices reasonable for the quality. The setting also draws comment: a signposted walk from the car park down to a quiet beach, a doggy wash station for sandy pups, outdoor seating and cows to say hello to. Staff are described as friendly and polite. The one caution is that reaching the beach itself could be tricky for anyone unsteady on their feet or with a pushchair. Several finish with ice creams eaten outside on the walk back from the beach.

“We called for breakfast today and thoroughly enjoyed it forgot to take a photo but it was delicious we will call later in the week for a ice-cream definitely. We went down to their beach with our dog lovely walk ,although be aware to get on the beach itself could be tricky for some who are unsteady on their feet or have a pushchair all in all we loved it”

“Milk shakes and icecream to 'die' for. The best in the East Riding. Staff always polite and helpful. Dog friendly area. Light lunches very nice and a good price for the quality of what you get in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit. The camping fields look well kept. 10/10 🫶”

“Very busy ice cream parlour / restaurant they serve other food such as pannini, jacket potatoes some lovely pastries, when we arrived after 2pm they were serving savoury pastries and ice-cream along with shakes. We had gone to try the ice-cream and shakes, I had an amazing biscoff shake made with there ice-cream and my partner had cookie dough ice-cream. Very tasty. I would definitely recommend”

“Delicious ice cream flavours. We parked up (free), grabbed some hot drinks and walked down to the beach which is signed posted from their car park. Then we had ice creams on the way back and sat outside. Also said hello to the cows!”
