Customer Review Summary
Buttered naan draws the most praise among reviewers, singled out as the standout in a bread and rice spread that several rank highly, alongside poppadoms described as crispy and light and a starter platter of pickle tray, mixed tandoori and fish pakora. Curries fare less consistently: some describe them as hot, fresh and tasty, and one visitor praised a biriani topped with omelette as the best they'd had, but a comparable number report the opposite, calling the lamb bhuna and Prawn Pasanda flavourless, a chicken curry tough enough to "hit the floor like a rock," and pilau rice arriving clumped and under-spiced. One longtime customer said this was their second disappointing meal in a row after years of ordering. The space itself is repeatedly called clean and bright, and several note it is a bring your own alcohol restaurant, with one reviewer recommending booking a table ahead.

“Came to Doncaster from Essex for the annual pigeon show. Wife and I fancied an Indian meal, and I must say, we both said that it was the best we'd ever had. Much better than what you can get down our way. Taste wise and price wise. The wife loves biriani but she has never had it with an omelette on top. What a brilliant twist. Will definitely be coming back next year. May even come back before, just for the meal. Great. And you can bring your own wine.”

“Super clean, bright and airy relaxed vibe. Food hot, fresh and tasty. Great little bring your own booze restaurant, obviously locals love it, huge number of takeaways & deliveries done. I'd recommend booking a table. I'll be back for sure. Thank you”
