Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to fast delivery, with one describing hot pizza arriving within 22 minutes and another praising prompt service to a village that other providers overlook. Praise also goes to the phone communication and to a delivery rider who puts in effort. Several call the food very tasty, and one singles out a hot honey pizza. Delivery timing is also the main complaint. One order was estimated for 9.15, never arrived by 9.45 and was cancelled with no call from the driver. Another was attempted an hour early and then redelivered as pizzas that had clearly sat and were not freshly made. A third describes lukewarm, squashed pizza from a driver who ignored delivery instructions. Others note toppings messed up multiple times, a refund refused after a deal price was missed, and repeated feedback requests to a personal number. A recurring irritation is the automatic service charge added at every visit, which one regular says would be less awkward if the card machine simply asked about a tip. The one reviewer who praised the phone customer service did so even after a poor delivery.

“The food was really nice. Been here loads and loads of times. Every single.time is really winds me up the fact that they put on a automatic service charge. Why?! We're not the US!! Instead of making it awkward for the customer why not ask on the card machine if the.customer wants to tip or not to make it less awkward..”

“Keeps harassing my wife for feedback on her personal number. Charged twice as much for a pizza that should have been on a deal and wouldn’t refund and correct. Avoid.”
