  “me and my bestie had the absolute PRIVILEGE to be served so incredibly by the man the myth the legend Katie. and what a star she was. we felt so welcome, warm and we were treated like queeniepops the whole night. she was that amaze we welcomed her to our table. walks with INTENTION, solid posture and a pretty face too. she’s got it all. cocktails were GORG as well, can’t say no to a cheeky 2 for 1.”

  “I visited Slug & Lettuce on 2 August for my friend's birthday after booking afternoon tea for three in advance. Unfortunately, our booking couldn't be located when we arrived.. The two boys behind the bar were polite, but they seemed quite new and lacked confidence. They had difficulty locating the menus, weren't fully familiar with the menu items, and took some time working out the till, which meant we had to wait a while for our drinks and order. They would clearly benefit from a little more training and support. Katie, however, completely turned the experience around. She was warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer service. She helped us choose a lovely table, checked what was available for our afternoon tea, and made sure we were well looked after throughout. She is a real credit to the team. The food was lovely and we really enjoyed it. The only other downsides were that the toilets had no toilet paper or hand soap, and the scaffolding outside wasn't mentioned beforehand. A big thank you to Katie for making our birthday celebration so enjoyable xxx”

  “Titiana and Trick were absolutely phenomenal servers, constantly checking we were ok for drinks and generally made our directors night out an absolute treat! These two deserve a pay rise for sure!   “We went with a large group at the end of term. They were very helpful and recommended we pre order to make their service more efficient. I was very impressed, the service was good, pre ordered food arrived in a timely manner. The waitress was very organised and friendly. I was astounded by the generous portion sizes and everyone commented on how tasty the food was. The 3 small plates option was excellent. With regards atmosphere, its lively; music playing, artificial lighting etc. It depends on personal taste I guess. A bit loud for me but it suited the occasion.”

  “Ellie had us a lovely service, thank you for that:) We did the festive bottomless brunch in the evening. Food was great! My bacon cheeseburger was delicious and juicy. Drinks were perfect. Definitely love the Woo woo cocktail!!!!”
