  “Delighted to leave an excellent review for Peckish, having collected a rotisserie chicken, fries and Greek salad last night for 3 people! The staff were friendly, the Greek salad was the best I've had in the UK (a plentiful helping with lots of flavour - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lots of feta, green olives and delicious dressing). The chicken was plump and succulent, and the fries were cooked to perfection (crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle). At £10 per person, it was also fantastic value for money. We had originally intended to head to the seafront for fish and chips, and would have spent 50% more. I came away saying that someone should really open a rotisserie in Eastbourne where we've traveled back to today - what a great idea. No doubt, we will be back again, as we will regularly be visiting family in Deal. Wishing the whole team at Peckish a wonderful summer :-)”

  “Ordered 1/2 chicken & chips, chicken fajita and loaded nachos. Some of the best food in deal by a mile with great delivery time and nice staff, I ordered close to closing time and they were very kind and had no problem. Prices are great for the food, large portions and amazing taste, 10/10.”

  “Edit; in response, your voicemail said nothing when I ordered online - your webpage was more than happy to bill me though. Your voicemail when calling to ask about my order simply said the caller is not taking calls and not taking messages. More than happy to post the recording of the 6th attempt to call your shop if you want to continue blaming me and not taking accountability - not even a hint of an apology in your response. There was no information, notice, implication or explicit warning that your shop is closed until the 12 Oct Or that you would not honour the order until then despite taking the money today. It's quite inconvenient spending out only to have to spend again and being frustrated by not actually being able to contact anyone. The review stands as a warning to others to check your holiday times as your payment collection app and voicemail do not actually mention this. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They took quite a lot of money off me and yet have neither delivered the food nor will they interact with me to explain if there's a delay or if the food is even coming in the first place so I'm ordering from somewhere else. I ordered food over 4 hours ago I know they won't take my call but they have taken my money which I am charging back through the bank. Massive letdown can't be bothered to talk to customers they don't even have a telephone number where you can get through to the branch. I hope your business model gives you the success that you're setting yourself up for have a great day”

  “We were camping locally and ordered two Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries to be delivered. The food was fantastic, really tasty and hot and the delivery service was second to none, in that he drove right up to our pitch and was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely order again if we're back that way. Thank you”

  “Perfect Peckish!! Always like to pop in when down from London. Chicken tastes amazing. Reminds me of trips to the Spanish islands were rotisserie cooked chicken is common sight. Fries and sides are good as well, decent portions. reasonable prices. Staff friendly, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.”

  “Hate doing this but I'm also angry that I have spent my money on such a poor performance. I should never of cheated on my usual takeaway treat. I ordered a chicken kebab, which came with salad and garlic sauce, nachos & chips. I unwrapped my kebab and was faced with this. Chunks of lettuce, the miniscule amounts of garlic sauce absorbed into the super Crisp flat bread. Looked unappealing,I just picked the chicken out and had it with the nachos. Thankfully I ordered them as I would still be starving. 3 stars is being kind. Definitely won't order again.”
