Customer Review Summary
Diners most often return for the curries, with the yellow curry, red curry and jungle curry all singled out, and reviewers praise the thick, non-watery sauce and the sticky coconut rice served alongside. Close behind are the satay, vegetable spring rolls, pork dumplings and signature king prawns, which several describe as full of flavour with well-cooked meat. Friendly service and fair prices come up repeatedly, and one reviewer praises the lunch set menu. The main caveat is value and consistency: one diner found a beef curry expensive for the area, with rice charged separately, and a tofu Pad Thai arrived with thin noodles and fried tofu instead of the puffed tofu requested, with a small portion and an okay flavour. Service was called fast but impersonal by the same reviewer. A couple also noted a quiet dining room with little atmosphere, though one said it was never hard to get a table. Several describe leaving with clean plates all round.

“What a little gem. So glad we tried this restaurant, we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent as was the service. Couldn't review atmosphere as we ate quite early and there was only one other table seated. Overall really enjoyed our meal here - would definitely recommend 👌”

“Good was great but completely empty so zero atmosphere, which was a shame”

“The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated, very clean and spacious. I ordered the tofu Pad Thai — the portion size wasn’t very generous and the flavour was okay, but nothing particularly special. It was made with thin rice noodles, whereas I was expecting the larger flat rice noodles typically used. I also clarified beforehand that it would come with puffed tofu, but it arrived with fried/braised tofu instead — possibly just a misunderstanding due to a language barrier. The main curry dishes also felt very expensive for the area. £15 for a beef curry without rice (an additional £4) seems excessive — I’d expect those prices in London, but not here. It's also worth noting that parking is quite difficult as it's on a main road with double yellow lines. There are paid car parks a short walk away near the station but this isn't ideal in my opinion. Service was very fast and polite, which I appreciated, but it felt quite impersonal. It was missing the warm Thai hospitality and smiles I’m used to at other establishments. I really want to support local businesses, but I did leave feeling a bit let down.”

“What a amazing Thai. One of the best meals we have had out. Signature king prawns were delicious, as was the red curry and the pork dumplings. Service was also great and very friendly. This place deserves more than 4.4 stars. We rate it 5. Thank you. We will be back.”

“We've had take away from here a number of times and decided to dine in for a change, and were so glad we did! Amazing food, cooked really well, each dish having the meat cooked perfectly, not dry at all, and great flavours coming through. Highly recommend the satay, vegetable spring rolls, and jungle curry, all so fresh and full on flavour! All dishes we ordered we thoroughly enjoyed though, and had clean plates all round. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Decor of the restaurant is really nice. The pricing was fair for what we got. Will definitely be coming here again in the future!”
