“I just ordered some masala dosa for takeaway , but when I reached home I realize that the parcel was without the chutney, so I had to eat it with only sambar. I tried calling twice, but no one answered. This was disappointing. Please make sure parcel orders are checked properly before they are sent out, as it seems less attention is given to takeaway orders. Better care with packing would really improve the customer experience.”
