“Worst haircut experience ever. This review is on behalf of my husband, who just came back from this haircut. The staff struggled to understand basic English, which made communication very difficult. We clearly explained what we wanted and even showed reference pictures for the haircut. He agreed, but still ended up doing something completely different. It felt like they just followed their own style instead of listening to the customer. The final result is a very disappointing hairstyle that looks unprofessional. He has an important client meeting in two days, and this has really affected his confidence. Please be extremely careful before choosing this place—I’d recommend confirming 20 times before trusting them with your haircut.”
