Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the smash burgers, praising juicy, caramelized patties that are not greasy and the double and triple smash versions that hold together in the hand. The spicy dipped chicken burger and the Supreme Smash, served with fries and two dips, also draw praise, while the nacho chicken burger missed the mark for one diner. Close behind are the combo boxes, including the Atomic, Collider and gym boxes, which several describe as filling and good value, along with thick milkshakes that can have chocolate bars blended in. Staff are called friendly and polite, and the halal menu is welcomed. The recurring complaints are about sides and takeaway quality: soggy sides that travel poorly, a small portion of curly fries, underdone chips, and a burnt chicken wing alongside a long wait and lukewarm food at home. One reviewer also wanted the boxes labelled so each can be told apart, and another had to ask for a receipt after paying.

“The food was ok, chips could have been done little longer. Couldn't eat 1 of my chicken wing as it was burnt 😫. Waiting time was quite long the food wasn't that hot while we got home. It's not bad a little improvement we would go back again.”

“Adnan was fantastic, and Wasim made an absolutely amazing burger. It’s great to finally have a halal spot in this area. The customer service was excellent too—definitely a place worth visiting!”

“First would like to mention there was 2 blokes on last night and seemed really busy and yet didnt seem stressed and the man i spoke with was really polite, kept people that were there waiting informed on there order and just seem to treat everyone with respect and kindness. That itself can be rare now a days. So 5*s for customer service as well. Now for the food. I treated myself to a atomic box as I couldn't pick what i wanted to try and that had a bit of everything. My eyes a bit big for my belly as I was very stuffed from it but everything was so nice and actually well worth the money. My partner and our daughter bother very much enjoyed their burgers as well. Our daughter also had a milkshake which she said was delicious. The only down point that comes from this house hold was my partner ordered curly fries and she said her portion was quiet small but was still nice.”

“Really happy with my experience from BRGRLab. Order arrived in a timely manner, still fresh, and the quality of food was really quite surprising in the best possible way. We ordered the "Collider box" which was filled with 2 very tasty Burgers, loaded fries and a great selection of chicken sides. All of which were individually great. The Burgers were tasty, filling and fresh. The loaded fries were the perfect level of "Loaded" without feeling bogged down with junk. The Chicken wings and tender sides were both perfectly seasoned. Great value for the money, would order from here again.”
