  “I don't usually complain at all and hate to do so. Ive had many hair cuts here and both the lads are great at cutting hair. There is however one woman out of the two (the other is great) who i’ve had bad experiences with. Im unhappy with the cut i had recently. She had rushed through it within about 5-6 minutes. Didn't fade my hair at all even though i asked to the point where its the same length the whole way up the sides and even on the back and also didn't listen to the length i wanted on the top and did it far too short in a way that it is very uneven aswell. Alongside leaving my hair soaking wet and not drying it properly after finishing which was a bit embarrassing as i was sat there with it dripping at the front 😂 . which isn't worth the £16.”

  “I had been cutting my own hair since the start of lockdown in 2020. Decided to have a proper cut at Hallgate Barbers. Dave is an experienced & friendly barber who cut my hair very well. Treated as a valued customer. Will be back.”

  “its been 2 weeks since i went here and i have calmed down a lot. every thing was fine but the haircut was not what i was after . at the time i was trying to grow my hair long and it was down to my chin. it needed thinning out a bit and also the sides trimming up a bit as it was a bit wild from lock down. but it ended up being a standard mens short back and sides. if thast all you want, you should be fine. but if you have an idea in your head of what you want doing [ i did show a photo even] . forget it”

  “Just had my four year old son's cut here. Corey was excellent and made him feel relaxed despite the Corona ppe which may have been scary for such a young child. Lovely hair cut which he really took time over.”

  “Sub standard hair cut but are cheap so wasn't to bothered but, my husband and my son are ignored and snubbed everyone they go in. They try talking and asking how the staff are and are lucky to get a one word answer if any answer at all and never have they had any eye contact or the words "thank you" either. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.”
