  “Abysmal service! After a night shift, stopped at our local McDonald's (Peel Centre) drive through. Simply asked if they were doing milkshakes yet and the young member of staff gave the least energetic replies (if you hate your job that much, leave... customer service is not for you). I was placed on hold with no warning so I drove round to the window only to be acused by the old battle-axe of a manager of swearing (which I never did and had a witness to confirm this). I tried to explain that when that previous staff member asked me again what drink id like, I replied 'caramel frappe' but the manager was irate, unprofessional and kept slamming the windows shut. Moral of the story, ive never had good service from this site, will boycott moving forward and hope they find the right job for them and clearly customer facing and customer service isn't the one. Disgusted!”

  “I took my boyfriend here on a date and he seemed to like it alot he got coffee and a mcflurry while I got a big mac and a wrap I love him so much I'm so excited to move out at 18 gey married at 1and save up until we can have a house near the country side and raise our family together”

  “i ordered a 5 chicken select meal and i have proof i ordered it through the app but i received a share box of the cheesy garlic bread sharebox i asked for sauce several times and they didn’t listen . not very happy , they always seem to leave things out my orders of just give me the wrong thing completely.”

  “Quick stop on the way home after a day first aid training and I wished I had waited for one closer to home. Drive through wasn’t busy but it still took quite a while to get through. My burger looked like it had been dropped a few times as it certainly wasn’t made with any care and the coke looked like someone got thirsty and drank some before I got it 😂 hopefully they were just having a bad day as I didn’t like giving a low review but I’m always honest with my experiences. Will try again one day and if it improves I will change my review”

  “The food is great and usually the times are incredible but I have a problem with the staff. One of the managers, Kelly, was shouting at her staff. It was a rather quiet evening when we came in and we heard her shouting at the staff, telling them to “hurry up and get orders done” in a really aggressive and hostile tone. This isn’t an appropriate or professional manner for managers to speak in, especially towards staff. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this manager shouting at the staff and it really affects the experience within the restaurant.”

  “this is probably my favourite mcdonalds branch out of the three in corby. i used to come here a lot as a child and i have very fond memories. they’ve had an interior revamp since those days and sometimes i get lost. this was also my go-to for dinner after working the evening shift in my old job. i like the click & serve so you don’t really need to interact with anyone. not a big fan of the boyracers zooming across asda carpark as you try to eat. as with any mcdonalds, the food, service and atmosphere can be very touch and go, but this place is usually quite good. today i was upset though as i ordered a vanilla milkshake, and was greeted with one strawberry & one chocolate ☹️”

  “Absolutely unbelievable experience. The service here is painfully, ridiculously slow. I honestly don’t understand how a place built on fast food can get it this wrong. You can order ONE single cheeseburger — literally the simplest item on the menu — and somehow you still get told to wait in Bay 1 like you’ve ordered food for an entire football team. Standing there, engine off, staring at the wall, wondering how on earth a cheeseburger can take this long. Bay one bay one bay one always! If I wanted to wait 15–20 minutes for food, I’d go to a proper restaurant. 15 minutes for a cold burger…”
