Customer Review Summary
Late or missing deliveries dominate the reviews, mostly orders placed through Uber or the store that arrived well past the quoted time or never arrived. Several reviewers say repeated calls to the store went unanswered, and one was told by the Nailsea branch to call Clevedon instead. Close behind is the manager, described by several as rude, argumentative or arrogant, including one who would not honour a contact free doorstep request and one who refused to refund delivery. Sides draw complaints too: cold, soggy chips and wedges, garlic bread with barely any topping, and a missing dip and drink. One reviewer found the pizza very oily and salty, another says they were charged more than the menu stated, and a third calls the deals impenetrable. The pizzas themselves were as expected for one reviewer, and a single dine-in customer found theirs piping hot, with polite staff and a clean store. Another reviewer's missing pizza was remade only after they drove to the store with the rest of the order.

“we ordered 2 medium pizzas, 2 sides and a box of cookies, the pizzas are as expected but the sides are not.. garlic bread is basically bread with a tiny bit of the topping and the wedges is ridiculous, photos below”

“If someone from head office could deal with the local apparent manager that would be great. Have clear instructions to leave food contact free on doorstep and apparently couldn’t happen despite it being a choice. Phoned the store only to be met with a very very rude manager who I’m not sure how he has a job. Said they’ll do what they want and don’t do contact free despite it being an option. All the time this person works here avoid at all costs. Reviews already say it all at 3 starts for a chain is bad”

“Ordered food at 18:15, now 20:36, still no food. Tried calling over 10 times; no one has picked up. So, over £30 down and no food. Reading over reviews, it sounds like this is common practice at the Clevedon branch, so I advise getting your pizza elsewhere.”
