  “tasty food . BUT. I know prices of food has seen big increases over the last couple of years. However I won’t be back to new century. Ordered Thai chicken green curry and the 50p of chicken in the dish and watery sauce was disappointing to say the least.”

  “Its a Chinese takeaway that we have used many times over the years, great service & great food choices, some specials of the menu board & can cater very well for Gluten Free. The staff are friendly, polite & most helpful when adapting our meals to GF. We can not fault them, they are amazing & so a big Thanks goes out to the New Century team.”

  “I’ve been here several times, to be honest it was my favourite Chinese since moving to Clevedon. But after our experience this evening, we will never be returning. £6.90 for these chicken skewers and they’re dry and half the size of the width of my finger. The seaweed was £5.60 and the portion size looked half full. Had to return it because I was so shocked at how awful the dish was and didn’t even get an apology!!! Had to get a refund for the dish and that was only given because of how busy the shop was full of people, otherwise she would not have as she was very reluctant and SO rude. Not one apology! You’ve just lost loyal customers.”

  “We've recently moved and so pleased we've got this Chinese nearby! Really friendly staff, delicious food and even able to cater for my husband who is gluten free (coeliac) and vegetarian. My food was the best Chinese I've had in a long time. We'll definitely be a returning customer!”

  “New Century has a very friendly service with a reasonable price. The food is always hot and tasty with a generation portion size. We have never had a bad meal from here. My only criticism/suggestion would be to offer a complimentary chili sauce with the spring rolls as a nice touch/finish.”
