  “Staff are friendly and it’s lovely and air conditioned inside but not the best French pedicure I’ve had unfortunately. Lovely lady who did my toes, she did redo the French tips on one foot before curing because I said they looked different on each toe but didn’t have the heart to say it the second time. Happy to pay £36 for an express French pedicure but I would have expected a better result :(”

  “*UPDATE: THEY ARE LYING OUTRIGHT IN THEIR RESPONSE. They literally refused service to me due to a simple request - I had been nothing but polite up until this point!* Long story short, they're incredibly unprofessional and have behaved super offensively. I am not easily offended. I had requested for shellac polish but that the electric file not be used where possible, or be used gently. Tons of salons dont use electric nail files. They were fussy about this request, but accommodated, awkwardly. So for removal I thought id go back to them, rang & booked. They rang me back and said - and I quote word for word "hi you just booked removal but on your last apptmt you asked for the file not to be used so Im afraid im going to have to cancel your apptmt because thats how we remove shellac." I know the file has to be used, and I'm fine with that, but just gently without filing my real nail away - so I told her, If youd have explained how you do it and asked me if i was ok with that, id have said thats fine, but youve not given me a choice and just told me the apptmt is cancelled. This is abysmal customer service - all staff here clearly cannot be bothered with any customer preferences as simple as 'be gentle'. Boycotting the place and I advise anyone with any standards does too. Oh and the original shellac was shoddy too - dark red but not enough layers done and it was patchy in colour.”
