  “We visited this salon yesterday to ask for a colour consultation for my mum and were told there wasn't a colourist available. We were advised to come back another time. This morning, while I was having my haircut, my mum returned to get her patch test done but was again unable to have it. After my haircut, we were told she could come back at any time during the day for the patch test. We did exactly that, only to be told once again that the colourist was too busy. A patch test takes only a few seconds, so after being turned away three separate times, this felt very disrespectful of our time. We have jobs and other commitments too, and repeatedly making unnecessary trips is unacceptable. As a result we won't be returning. The salon has lost two potential regular clients. I sincerely hope the way we were treated was not influenced by racial bias, but after this experience, it's difficult not to question whether an elderly English woman would have been treated the same way.”

  “I had app on 16/06/26 with Lizz in Chichester branch. I wrote in my booking massage I want dry cut, I did .mention in my telephone call before hand as well they did confirm, you can , just discuss with Lizz in your app. But when I attend to my appointment she said I can't, your need wash ,there was no time. She was angry, throwing her comb , left me, No any client care. I felt like Neglected. Charge me £45 for a lovely service, active listening, customer care. Thank you”

  “My entire salon experience was a very warm & friendly welcome by a lovely front of house lady, followed by a brilliant hair consultation with a senior stylist Lizz who was so attentive and knowledgeable. From the start I felt I was being listened to and this put me at ease more than I can say. Thank you so much. I went on to book an appointment with Lizz a week later. At this appointment I had a fabulous hair wash and relaxing head massage followed by an absolutely awesome hair cut with Lizz. I am so happy with my new hair cut and so lucky to have found Lizz who is a wonderfully talented stylist. I have already booked another appointment in April with Lizz and hopefully we can look at colour by then too. 💜”
