“Staff were polite. Food was cold waited about 45minutes for our main food which was cold, then we waited half hour for our puddings. Toilets were DISGUSTING have not been checked for quite a while. One toilet was blocked with blue roll , the second toilet door didn't seem to lock properly, neither hand dryer worked and the bin was overflowing with hand tissues.”
