  “Lovely cafe just off the A1 with plenty of parking. We were easily able to stop off in our 7 metre Motorhome without any problems. Dogs aren’t allowed inside, but there is outside seating, although not covered, so if raining might not be the best.”

  “I had granola and yogurt, and my 3 companions had the mini meat breakfast. We all agreed it was outstanding food and service. I wish we were driving this way again to try other items - the quiche, rolls, and salads look delicious! The staff was very friendly.”

  “Great cafe off A1, convenient for a quick bite or a meal. Food was very good and service was quick. There’s outdoor seating as well. Very happy with our visit 😊 Highly recommend to stopover if you’re travelling from Northumberland.”

  “A cafe just off the A1 at North Charlton, totally different fare to any other cafe I've been to in the county, and the highlight of my bike ride today, especially good for veggies, beautiful bakes and salad options, and great coffee, just have a look at the photographs, easily good enough to be a top restaurant, reasonable prices too”

  “Lovely bright space and delicious interesting food with a great choice for vegetarians. Also small areas selling clothes and gifts/toys. Much nicer than stopping at services if you are travelling the A1”

  “Excellent place. Loads of staff so you don't have to wait forever and plenty of free parking. Large and airy place with seating and tables that are spaced apart so you don't feel cramped. Very relaxing atmosphere and the selection and range of foods were excellent. The staff in the back are doing a good job here coming up good quality cafe style food. Would definitely return.”

  “Had two lovely meals here on a recent trip. Both very good quality ingredients and very tasty. Good value for money too. Ambience a little lacking, it's very echoey and a bit cold feeling inside and rhe hard paved garden could do with some tubs and/or hanging baskets. Just to make the surroundings a bit nicer. The most important bit though is the food and service were both great.”
