“Where do I start. Normally KFC for my family is banging here. But today it was rubbish and cheap. No mayo, no salt available and my burger was wrapped up instead of in a box about an inch smaller than normal. I'm not in a rush to come back. Very disappointing 🙈 …”

“First time going to KFC in quite a while, and I was very disappointed. There was a 29-minute wait for food despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. The tables were overflowing with rubbish, and during the hour I was there, no one came out to clean them. The bins were overflowing too. The food was decent overall. The fries were cold, and my milkshake had clearly been made early, so it had gone a bit watery by the time I got it. The chicken burger was average, but the wings were nice. The staff also seemed very disengaged. I get that people mess about in the back occasionally—I used to work in fast food myself—but they came across as miserable when dealing with customers. Overall, very poor operation. Won't be back anytime soon.”

“Took nearly 40 minutes to get our food, half of it was cold from sitting around. It wasnt even super busy, when we got there there was 1 in store order and 2 delivery orders. Tables were dirty and the bins were overflowing. Either needed to stop delivery orders or close the drive through. Or get more staff”
