  “I had a really delicious meal, rosemary fries and a burger. The burger was a local collab and was really excellent. Our waitress, Monika, was friendly and attentive. The visit was less than perfect because of the incredibly loud group of guys on the next table. They were just having fun, but it was at a huge volume, and my old dad struggled to hear the conversation. Is it something the manager could watch out for? Maybe. But I appreciate it's tricky.”

  “Honest review for an honest burger. I ordered the Honest burger from the menu. Even though it is a 160g patty, I was asked for the level of doneness. Asked for as rare as possible and got a medium, which was a bit of a positive surprise. The fries were crunchy and salty. Overall it was a good dish, a bit expensive for its size (burger was small, the fries portion was ok)”

  “Excellent service from Ewa who seated us and I believe Miguel? Who served us. Table reservation under Lucy - last Monday 6th July around 6.30pm. Food was great, catered for allergies (gluten free), speedy, polite service. Atmosphere busy. Excellent coleslaw and probably the best chips! Caters for veggies and meat eaters”

  “I had the BBQ chicken burger and as I'm a northern girl ordered the house gravy on the side. Well I can honestly say the gravy was the best I have EVER tasted!! The staff were genuinely happy and eager to assist even asking what we had done that morning with hienst interest. They price wasn't too high and the quality and portion size was perfect. Please was clean and well organised given the cozy size. Would recommend to anyone that loves a burger! Will deffo be returning.”

  “Quite tasty burger, first but was juicy and full of flavor, although it could’ve been with less mustard. The staff is friendly, not tooo many seating options and a bit croweded on a busy day but all in all it’s good for a easy meal”

  “Solid place. I wasn’t blown away, but I feel they do a good job especially considering it must be in an expensive area. My burger was cooked as ordered (medium rare) and I enjoyed the British flare with the vinegar seasoned onions. The rosemary fries were cool, although I feel they gave too much. I would prefer if they reduced the fry amount by 50% and instead offered a little vegetable, but of course that’s just me and probably I’m unusual. Waiter was friendly and efficient.”

  “One of the staff was not very welcoming. I mentioned that I am vegetarian and she straightaway said that they don’t have the vegetarian fritter ready and kind of hinted that I leave, but I asked that if the vegan option is available and then she hesitantly said yes you can have that. The other staff, however, were lovely and even suggested some good modifications to my burger. The vegan burger was okay itself. The patty felt undercooked or hastily cooked. I got side salad instead of fries, this was just 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce with some dressing on top, the dressing was great though. I would not be going back, particularly because of the unwelcoming staff.”

  “Best burgers ever!!! Rosemary infused fries to die for! Freshly squeezed lemonade totally refreshing too! Service was excellent, the vibes welcoming and chilled. Definitely coming back again when we’re visiting Cambridge 🫶🏼👏🏻”

  “It was my first time at this place — and probably the last, despite its very appealing exterior. The beautiful, large windows and corner location really draw you in and create a great first impression. When we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly and smiling staff member who seated us quickly, which was a lovely start. The service was fine overall, and the atmosphere was lively and buzzing — exactly what you'd expect from a spot like this. Unfortunately, the most important part — the food — was a letdown. I only ordered sides, so I can't speak for the burgers, but the fries were extremely oily, to the point where all you could taste was grease. The onion rings were the same. The halloumi fries were overcooked, hard, and lacked flavor. I was genuinely surprised by the poor quality, especially given how nicely everything was presented. All in all, the place looks great and has a fun vibe, but the food just didn’t deliver for me.”
