  “Pizza arrived wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger pizza and the swapped the onions and tomato's for bacon and pepperoni the pizza had onions and tomato on it but no mincemeat at all so it had toppings I didn't like and lack of the actual mincemeat off, the njudja pizza never had the hot honey sauce on it and there was onion in the chips, I can't have onion due to being allergic, this store has messed up multiple orders now , since they had the refurb it's gone downhill, missing cheeseburger sauce etc.. 4 orders now and they messed up on every order , it's a big deal when it's £33 a time complete waste of money”

  “Last weekend I went to pick up my food and the experience was really disappointing. The female manager was shouting at staff, and then a man joined in, both raising their voices right in front of customers. Everyone looked shocked and it was uncomfortable to watch. It’s not on to treat staff like that, especially in public. Anyway, it was a let down overall and I didn't expect this from Domino’s”

  “Was really disappointed as I ordered large half and half tandoori hot and half cheese and tomato they got the cheese and tomatoe right but tandoori hot was basically cheese and tomatoe with red chicken on it!!! Wheres the peppers and the hot bit!!! Jalapeños peppers no onions or anything like really disappointed..... not again”

  “I used the online app to order 6 large pizzas for my son's 11th birthday party. I was given the options for pizza type and time for pick up or delivery. I chose a pick up time. When I arrived the pizzas were waiting in the warming area ready for me to take. Great service and great food.”

  “I’d love to tell you how my food tastes, but alas, I wouldn’t know—I’m still waiting for it. An hour and a half later and counting, and my delivery driver has apparently decided to tour the local countryside in the opposite direction of my address. He insists he’s “two minutes away,” which at this point feels like a cruel punchline. The wait is ridiculous enough, but what really adds insult to injury is the fact that I’ve paid extra for the so-called “delivery deal,” on top of a delivery charge. So essentially, I’m paying a premium for the privilege of not eating. This franchise doesn’t just miss the mark—it drags the name it represents through the mud. A joke? Absolutely. An offence to the brand? Without question. Edit: Due to our delivery drivers little tour of Bury our Pizza is now tepid at best and certainly not worth nearly £40!”

  “I ordered 7 different pizzas for a work thing, the one staff member on duty did a fantastic job and everyone very much enjoyed their pizza. There was a variety of dietery requirements, including vegan and gluten intolerant. They were able to accommodate for all of these requirements.”

  “Ordered 2 pizzas from Bury branch, unfortunately it was very disappointing to see quality of the pizza got delivered to me. The pizzas were full of bubbles at the edges and over burnt . No quality check or inspection before sending out to customers. Wont order again. !!!!”
