  “Where I can start? The premises - very, very dirty - sticky floors everywhere, disgusting toilets, extremely dirty touch screen on self ordering devices, tables and seats sticky and probably not cleaned for decades. Service rather slow. And MOST importantly the food - OMG what they have given to me - 1/2 hour after eating my belly felt extremely bloated. After an hour my diarrhoea started and couldn't stop for hours. WHO allowed those people to sell food to the public. They have to be CLOSED immediately!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE! NEVER EVER!!!!👎”

  “So me and my husband love taco bell but as a family of five we hardly ever get takeaway. Today we decided the kids and us deserved a treat, but me being the air head I am at times I forgot to add the sauces..... I knew the kids would chop my head off and every meal is better with hot sauce so I rang to see if I could order some and do a payment on the phone! Well the staff member Lucy was so Polite found our order number and sorted the whole problem. She was very generous and kind throughout. Best customer service out of all the fast food joints weve ever ordered from in bury st edmunds. Outstanding 😍😍❤️”

  “I'm sure the staff are lovely people but we tried to order black bean and chicken tacos and the waiter kept messing it up and asking if we wanted beef, or inputting the wrong quantity of tacos, and then the card machine would not work so we had to literally pay at the self service tills which did not even dispense a receipt. The place was also quite unclean with tables that really needed to be cleaned or screens which desperately needed to be wiped. Thankfully the food was really good and consistent with Taco Bell.”

  “Terrible customer service and the place had dirty and broken tables. Stood at the counter waiting to be served for ages with staff just looking over and no acknowledgement. Had to eventually ask if we could place an order at the till. Took ages to get food and once it arrived it was stale and not nice at all. Wouldn't recommend this place.”

  “To start, there were a group of young boys around 15 years of age who were drinking straight out of the baja blast dispenser putting their mouth all over it spreading germs and also I ordered a simple meal and service has taken over an hour and people who have gotten here after me with bigger meals have got their food before me. In conclusion, this has been one of the worst experiences of my life and my food came cold. Definitely would not reccomend in the slightest”

  “Every table was dirty, had to ask to have ours cleaned. Bins over flowing, rubbish on the floor. Toilet area not clean either. Staff with long hair was tired back but no hair nets and could easily be in the food, I was surprised not to find a hair in my food. Seems lack of management. Wasn't able to order what wanted as no beef in stock. Sorry say but I won't be returning to the Bury tacobell and would not recommend it.”

  “Gonna be so real rn after a long day, i planned to go to the cinema right next to taco bell. Thought it would be nice... thought to soon. Not that its anyone's fault but it clearly seems a system needs to be put in place. God forbid a busy rush happens and you have new people on the team it is difficult. But I waited a extremely long time for my food after a 9-5. What is going on”

  “Well I never one for eat outs however this really suprised me . The food was fresh and tasty with some of the best chips ive ever had. Friendly staff great service from a young lady called Kate. Definitely going back soon.!”

  “Service was so unbelievably slow that when I got the food it was already cold, barely any meat in the tacos and it's drenched in sauce. If you are looking for "fast" food do not go here.”
