Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the Pad Thai, with one returning visitor calling it the best they've had, and the coconut rice comes close behind, described as next level and sweet. The red curry with duck, panang curry, satay chicken skewers and a sizzling seafood dish also draw praise, and vegan diners name the spring rolls, green curry and massaman. Many call the food authentic and tasty, the prices reasonable, and the staff warm and quick, with food and water arriving promptly. Some mention that it is BYOB, with a corkage charge, and that it is family run, with locals returning again and again. One reviewer who has eaten Thai food widely and lived in Thailand disagrees sharply: the Pad Thai was beige with big chunks of chicken and no vegetables, the lemongrass salad came with cubes of carrot and peas, and the laab had large chunks of meat instead of finely minced meat and herbs. That reviewer left hungry and suspected the menu had been adapted to local tastes. Another diner asked for the red curry hot and got it that way.

“This is a ten out of ten sort of place, the food is fabulous the coconut rice is next level with plenty of options and variety for vegetarian people, and meat eaters. The prices are very reasonable for broadstairs. The hosts are super friendly and always are pretty on the ball with serving be it food or water. I recommend this to anyone if you like thai food and are going to broadstairs. You can order a takeaway or eat in both are lovely.”

“Since I no longer live in Broadstairs I was glad to return for a visit. Still the BEST Pad Thai I've ever had. A lovely family run restaurant many locals return to again and again.”

“I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled after one of the best meals of my life I have to say! Luckily we got there in time (don't believe Google's 11pm closing time), it wasn't too busy which was good for us, but with food this tasty it must be very popular. Well priced and such an authentic taste. Vegan options aren't always easy to come across but their No Name, Spring Rolls, Green Curry and Massaman were out of this world. Genuinely tasted like we were back in Thailand, will visit again very soon.”
