  “I went for breakfast there were random chairs on the floor which if your not looking you could trip over also nothing to do with the restaurant itself but there where lots of children who were shouting and screaming and had no idea what privacy is as I was sat listening to music on my headphones and a child kept on looking at me this made me uncomfortable I think its a lack of parenting so if you are like me and want to eat breakfast in peace this is not the place to go otherwise the food was nice but not that filling tbh”

  “Burger was inedible drowned it in sauce so binned it. Learn how to portion I don’t want more sauce than burger. Put me off McDonald’s for life!”

  “If you go in and order it's normally ok, but if you order delivery they will never get it right. You will always end up with missing items and having to either go back to the restaurant to sort it or going through Uber to get your money back.”

  “Never get the orders right. Was really busy. Waited 45 minutes then told that they had given our order to someone else. When we finally got our food. We got home, we realised that 3 items were missing and 4 items were wrong. We went back. Manager handled it really well.”

  “This McDonald's in yate has to be the worst one....ive held back from reviewing but cant no more. So where do I start..I had it on uber tonight once again cold but as needs to get here I'll let that go but chips undercooked some raw...burger smashed mess, once again no straws and for once the sauces were there for nuggets but not ones we ordered 😐...twice now I've ordered adult happy meal for the friends collectable...both times it has been missing??? So McDonald's wheres my toy as the food was not worth the money have u ran out ?. Obviously ur blame uber although its ur staff that packs the bags and get orders wrong!! Don't think I've ever seen a correct order”

  “By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever used. The amount of 1 stars speaks volumes. When are you going to be accountable for the poor service you deliver. Always blame it on Uber/ just eat or anyone other than your staff and poor management”

  “I was not expecting to get gaslit my McDonald's on a Sunday morning. Ordered pancakes, a muffin w/ jam, a hash brown and a couple drinks for collection through the drive through. After getting my drinks and my bag of food, I quickly glanced to check the contents expecting the jam to be missing or something. However I noticed there was no hash brown. I said to the cashier I don't see it to which they said it should be in red and white packinging in there. I double checked, not there. Another worker then came forward and said it was under the pancake box. I emptied the bag infront of them... no hash brown. They asked if I wanted "another one getting" (I'd like the one I ordered). Anyway I said yes please and also noticed the jam was missing for the muffin so asked for that also, which they got for me. However, this chaos made me forget to check further and after driving away I noticed the syrup was also missing for the pancakes as well as any cutlery to eat it with. In summary, if I trusted the order I drove away I would've been missing the hash browwn, the jam, the syrup and the cutlery from a relatively small order. Advice to customers: check your order and then check again. Advice to McDonald's: please make sure everything is there and then don't gaslight me on a Sunday morning, please do better!”

  “Ordered McDonald's tonight as a treat for the family, ordered a large 5 chicken select meal, order turned up, opened the chicken select box, it actually had chicken select wrote on the box to find 10 mozzarella sticks in there and no chicken! Rang up to complain and McDonald's tells me it's a just eat problem, had to have a refund so everyone else had theirs and I didn't get to have anything to eat, really bad service, just felt dismissed by McDonald's! If I could rate no stars for the service I just received I would! Didn't even offer another meal even though I have picture evidence.”

  “I am convinced you only hire melts I get ur pay is bad but can’t you read I ordered a veggie delux with NO SANDWICH SAUCE and extra cheese Tell me why it comes with mayo??? (Mayo isn’t even an option to add) and NO cheese I think you guys need more training Everything else was good tho”

  “Mc Donald’s Yate has definitely improved since it has had its refurb. There is always a security guard on the door of the one in Yate - mainly due to the issues they have with youths. It is a decent Mc Donald’s on the outskirts of Bristol. I wish it was open later on the weekend. The staff are friendly and the drive thru is always quick too. Sometimes the food isn’t as hot as liked.”
