  “Really lovely food. Great sized portions from the pickle tray to the mains. Friendly staff. And the bill for what we had compared to when I go for a Indian meal in Nottintham was probably half the price for 5 people. Keep everything the same! There was a slight delay in being seated but I think that was due to a bit of miscommunication over the phone when booking the table. 10/10. Thanks again Rob.”

  “Bit of a mixed bag, but not bad. Seated us quickly, food service was excellent, nice and quick, we were passing through and were in and out in about 45 mins. Staff pleasant and competent. Starter very nice. Main courses a bit tasteless. 2 pints of cobra decent. Price pretty much par for the course and not expensive or cheap.”

  “Ordered a butter chicken , a lamb Tikka Korma , and a vegetable biryani. We have ordered from them before and honestly it's been a good experience and tasty food. But this time it was so horrific I had to leave a review. I assure you , you will never taste worse food in your life. The Korma was ridiculously sweet and sticky , the butter chicken tasted like coconut and pineapple, and the naan was so chewy I took 20 minutes to eat it. It also smelled like sweaty socks as well. I beg you- DO NOT order from this place , save yourself the biological attack to your taste buds and your money.”

  “We came here on a friend’s recommendation. The first thing that stood out to me was how comfortably the tables are arranged — the atmosphere is really calm, everything matches perfectly and there are no bright, jarring accents. We loved the food right from the starter onwards. We’ll definitely be coming back. P.S. I’d be grateful if you could offer a sweetish naan that’s less sweet than the Peshwari one.😁”

  “23/06/2025 - I popped in for the very first time to Mumbai Lounge with a friend. We had 3 course meals which were absolutely amazingly good. I had fish pakoras for starters, main course was King Prawn korai with saag rice and cheese cake dessert. Really enjoyed the food, service was friendly and very relaxing atmosphere. Well worth the visit for my friend who travelled from near Worksop.”

  “Ordered Lamb Karahi - ok Fish - Nice Chicken Tandoori- Red colour stayed on the fingures for 2 days Baingan baaji- side dish - Aubergine was not cookeed properly Bindi baaji - Bindi is completely raw Mushroom Baaji - Nice Eventhough prices are reasonable, we felt like complete waste of our 69 pounds eventhough we received a free merlot wine with the order. Suprised that they only accept cash.”

  “One of the best Indian meals I've had ever great price's with good service and plenty of food. Parking right outside free carparking weekends and after 6pm. We will definitely take our family and friends there.”

  “I have ate at a lot of places, this has to be at the bottom of the pile. Prices are ridiculous l. Maybe in west Yorkshire we come from a different world? Surely felt like it. Lamb chop starter comes with 2 lamb chops? Like what! Seekh kebab starter comes with a small seekh kebab cut in half! 3 starters fit on 1 regular plate. Curry literally had 5 pieces of meat rest was onion and green peppers. And a naan bread. What they call a baby naan in halifax (2 for £1) was served as a full size naan at £3.30 😱. Waiter said it was the same size of a dinner plate? What does he have for dinner air? Only positive aspect was the female waiter. Very respectful and helpful! £40 down the pan! Would rather starve next time!”
