  “I went into the store to order food after looking on justeat to figure out what i wanted to order Apparently they don’t do a particular deal anymore but it’s still on justeat they did still do it for me When I got home with the food which my flat is only round the corner like really close the food was freezing like it hadn’t been cooked properly some how the cheese on cheese burger was basically apart of the bread it looked non existent and to top it off the burger it’s self I mean the meat was slightly pink not fully cooked right through I didn’t finish it Not satisfied what so ever wish I’d gone to speedy peppers over the road they’ve always been great the amount of times I’ve been there”

  “Love the food at Big Bites but unfortunately the surcharges for various different things have made me go elsewhere. Refuse to be charged £1.50 for a 10p takeaway tub to have salad separate. Then told tonight whilst trying to order that I need to pay a £1.50 service charge to pay by card. It is illegal to charge for card payments. I used to order from this takeaway 3/4 times a week. Went to Tower Pizza for months after there new charges were added. Decided to give them a chance again and have no loyalty to local customers that will order 3/4 times a week so I won’t be using them again. Owner is rude and should take some sort of customer service course or something. I run multiple hospitality venues and I don’t honestly know how these sort of places stay open when all they are interested in is ripping off their customers. Tower has delivered a lovely meal to me tonight as always with friendly reliable served and good value for money. Will stick with them in future.”

  “Just had my first take away delivered from big bites. Veg pizza and Donna meat and chips. Absolutely great value for money and the food was amazing. Only down side was the thin base wasn’t that thin but tasty all the same.”

  “First time ordering. Ordered for delivery, arrived well within time, food was still warm and was delicious. Pizza was one of the best we've had, chips were lovely (loved the seasoning) and they didn't go soggy or cold like they usually do when you get a takeaway delivery. Kebab meat was just a nice as the pizza and chips. All in all the food was beautiful, good value for money and we will definitely be ordering again.”

  “Having ordered form this takeaway on several occasions, I felt no issue on tonight's order until it arrived. The pizza was ok the kebab same but on the small side. The chicken however smelt like it had been sat in rancid fat and then fried in the same fat, rancid is the only word to describe it, that was the only reason my partner decided to order i rang the takeaway to complain ( very unlike me) to be told he had just cooked the chicken himself and that it was fresh when i pulled it apart it was dry and grey smelked like old oil. Obviously not fresh I expected to be told they would send some fresh chicken, but no. We will give you a discount on your next order. I will not order again”

  “Food lovely from here at it delivered to security at the site were we have a lodge at. Food lovely. Gave atmosphere a 4* as I’ve never been in the building before so it’s not fair to give a 5 as it wouldn’t be true feedback so I think a 4 is fair based on somewhere I’ve not entered before but based on quality and taste of food it is lovely food. It was highly recommended to us by other owners on site when looking for a takeaway to deliver to site. Food was still red hot which we loved as we’ve had meals from other places and it turned up cold. So with food turning up hot was a bonus from us and definitely will return next season when we’re back in new year and definitely will recommend to our guests too.”

  “If I could give minus stars I would after the service I received in there earlier tonight after rightly returning my food as it was burnt and tasted disgusting! Returned all items upon asking for a full refund to be shouted at by im guessing the big boss man about that's the way thay have to cook them! Mate..... it was black and if that's how you cook them I suggest you take them off the menu!”

  “Was told it'd take half an hour, took an hour and a half. The person who was delivering it decided to change the adress despite the person who took the order writing down the correct address. Luckily wasn't stone cold but it was luke warm at best, pizza was alright. Chips were mushy and diappointing. Price was alright. Lady on the phone was nice however.”

  “This place offers a great selection of takeaways. I had a lamb wrap, the wrap itself was amazing but the lamb was very chewy (more mutton than lamb), it was disappointing hence I have to drop a star for this one. However mum had a vegetarian special pizza, wow, that was so nice, cooked to perfection, extra tasty cheese and toppings. I would throughly recommend pizza from here.”

  “Chips really good and crispy, the only thing that let it down is where was the tomato sauce base on the pizza,but that seems to be a thing with a lot of pizza joints these days,sort that out and it's five stars”
