Customer Review Summary
Parking is the draw reviewers raise most, with several calling it great and reasonably priced for the location, though one first-time visitor found paying for it confusing. Beyond that, the verdict is mixed. Reviewers describe a small, quiet centre that looks tired, with empty shops, Peacocks often empty, and the closed Wilko still unfilled. One reviewer reports one of two lifts out of service and expects the other to follow. Another says the only baby changing table is in the women's toilets, in the middle of the room with no privacy, which leaves dads without an option. One reviewer says it suits signing up to Sky TV but not a shopping precinct with good shops. The shops reviewers do name include One Beyond, Savers, a card shop, a pound shop, a cafe and a craft shop with handmade items at excellent prices. An early-morning visitor praises friendly staff who work hard to maintain it, and two reviewers mention seeing the centre's cat asleep in One Beyond or Savers.

“Do occasionally pop in to do some shopping. Worth going in One Beyond or Savers, to see Binks the cat asleep. Very cute cat.”

“Great place to go. I go in early before work for a stroll when the shops are shut. Friendly staff who work hard to maintain it and it has a great shop called One Beyond in it. You may also be lucky enough to see Binks the cat here - the centre respects the animals which is very important to me.”
