“Food was expensive and stale. Tuna panini tasted like stale bread, was very bland and served with 5 crisps and wilted lettuce. The business chooses instead of hiring a saturday waiter, they opt for a robot to charge around delivering your food, which you also have to help! A novelty for some but given how expensive a basic lunch was, I'd be surprised if the business couldn't afford a human being who could do with extra cash, and who doesn't need their buttons pressed before returning to the till. Morally wrong.”

“Amazing little cafe found by mistake while waiting for my car to be serviced. Wasn't expecting anything to be open before half 8 on a Saturday but this place was. The lady was so lovely and welcoming and not something you see very often in more mainline coffee shops! Most amazing Hot Chocolate and chocolate croissant. Very reasonablely priced 1,000% will come back when my car is in again!!!”

“I have only gotten coffee, chi lattes and ice cream from this location so far and haven't had anything else yet. A good assortment of coffee and tea drinks but not many for ice cream. The atmosphere is pretty good an the employees are have great customer service. They even have a robot delivery unit that delivers your order to your table. Kinda fun to see. Washrooms are pretty clean too. They do have some light food and soft drinks for sale as well. Will be going back to try more soon.”

“We had an evening meal here. The restaurant was busy but not full. The food was superb, probably the best calzone I have ever had. What let this restaurant down was the service. It wasn't that the staff were not working hard, they were running off their feet. There was lack of structure and follow through with the service. We finished the started and had to wait about 30 minutes and following prompting our plates were cleared. Following that the main courses arrived promptly. The main course plates were cleared but we were not offered desert menus, had to chase staff. We were offered complementary limoncello, never arrived. Would I come back, absolutely for the food but on a less busy night. I hope this feedback is taken as a constructive feedback as this restaurant could be 5 star.”
