  “This isn’t fast food. The service is beyond shocking. It took an hour and a half for our order; you forgot items and it was disgusting. KFC you need to step in because this branch is giving you a terrible reputation. First time eating here since a bad experience a year ago and can honestly say I will not give it another try again.”

  “I am a braintree resident and galleys corner is my local kfc and can honestly say they are the worst in the area! Soggy chicken with lots of oil, floppy under cooked fries and on almost EVERY occasion something missing. How can I judge? Because my work takes me to Haverhill, sudbury, tollgate and chelmsford and they are all far superior. I think mainly because it is always cooked properly,. So if you can stand a little move driving go past valleys corner. You won't regret it.”

  “Short waiting time for orders, fast and tasty food! Has many new drinks launched, honestly, game changer, love the matcha drinks! Affordable too, not a bank breaker! Chips seasoning has improved, extra seasoning as I love my chips with flavor and taste! Drive thru is always quick too! Seating is spacious and kiosk machines are easy to use! Awesome customer service and cleanliness is always on top! I’ll visit again and again that’s for sure!!! Keep up the great work, guys!”

  “What’s the point of a drive through if you can’t pick your food up at the drive through Every time I visit I’m made to park up and wait for it to be brought to me. The helpless employee has no idea what car they are looking for meaning food is only getting cold. Especially when I only order a simple snack box? Surely wings and chips should be readily available”

  “Food is alright, cooked well & through. I am quite frustrated that I had to walk to McDonald’s to go toilet, out of their control. Outside tables haven’t been cleaned regularly through the day. And inside tables were out of order, can’t name why as I’m not too sure, Plus they partially messed up the order; but to a brilliant turn of event. Food is actually really good ⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5”

  “I had a great experience here today. The restaurant was immaculately clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food came out quickly, correct to order, and piping hot. A real standout was staff member Jane, who kindly offered to clear my table once I was finished. This went the extra mile and I was both pleased and impressed with the service.   “I came to KFC specifically to try the new pickle items and was immediately disappointed to see that the menu was barely available — only the pickle burger, loaded fries, and pickle Pepsi. Not exactly the exciting launch that was advertised. We ordered the pickle burger and pickle Pepsi and then had to wait an unacceptable 20 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food. When the order finally arrived, the Pepsi was completely missing. When I questioned this, I was told — very casually — that you “didn’t have pickle Pepsi,” so you simply decided not to give us any drink at all. That is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a drink, and instead of offering an alternative or even informing us beforehand, you just left it out and hoped we wouldn’t notice. To make matters worse, I ordered a Zinger salad box which arrived cold. Not slightly warm — properly cold. My partner’s pickle burger came in a box with a suspicious stain inside, which frankly looked like some sort of cleaning chemical. It was concerning and completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Despite all of this, we attempted to eat the food, only to find that everything was cold, bland, and a complete let-down. For the prices you’re charging, this level of quality and service is shocking. Slow service, missing items, cold food, and questionable hygiene is not acceptable under any circumstances. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. I expect a full refund for the items we paid for but did not receive, as well as for the overall poor quality and service.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ KFC – Braintree (Galleys Island) 🍗 First time fast food felt like a little bit of fine dining for our family of 5! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 🍗 Taste: Chicken hot, crispy, properly seasoned. 🥔 Sides fresh: Fries still crunchy, corn & beans spot on. ✨ Cleanliness: Dining area + toilets spotless (rare win!). 😊 Service: Huge shout-out to Matosh – friendly, fast, and kept checking we had everything. Brought the extra dips & wipes before we even asked. Made the meal feel looked after. Everything arrived hot, trays tidy, no missing items. Kids gave it “5 stars for crunch.” We left happy and full.
