“Bought 2 chicken steak and chips, and chicken stake with rice, took me 20 mins to get to Bradford and them back only to find a hair on the chicken steak and chips. Asked for some compensation considering ill be travelling 20 mins away 3 drinks for the mistake they made but they wouldnt. What kind of service is this? Wouldnt even offer me a refund for the headache, disappointing considering we but from here all the time. Disgusting!”
