Customer Review Summary

The complaints are serious and varied. One parent reports that an employee asked their teenage daughter for her Snapchat, and says they plan to take it further. Another reviewer describes mould on two collected pizzas and a response with no apology and no manager available. A third found a hair in a keema pasta ordered online, and another says a request for mild food came back with green chillies inside and on top. One reviewer calls a man at the counter arrogant and disrespectful, and a spicy chicken burger meal was tender but hotter than one diner could handle.

“I’m so disappointed with my food,I have ordered online a keema pasta it’s all meaty and top of that there was hair in it now I have blonde hair so it’s impossible it’s mine and not to mention the delivery.”

“Perverted staff members!!! Completely Avoid. I sent my 17-year-old daughter to collect a takeaway as there was no parking available outside the shop. While she was there, an adult male employee who identified himself as “Kax” asked her for her Snapchat. As a parent, I found this completely inappropriate and deeply concerning. Since mentioning this, I have also heard similar concerns from others regarding this individual’s behaviour towards young girls, which makes the situation even more worrying. I feel businesses have a responsibility to ensure customers, especially young women and teenagers feel safe and comfortable when visiting their premises. Unfortunately, alongside this experience, the food quality and service were also disappointing, with long delays and an overall unpleasant experience. I will be taking this matter further formally, as I do not believe this behaviour should be ignored. It’s extremely concerning. What’s worse is that now they’re getting people to write FAKE reviews absolutely diabolical. If anyone believes the fake reviews that say the food is good, then enjoy getting food poisoning. I will be reporting this place to trading standards and reporting it healthy and safety too.”

“Food is outstanding. I had a Tower Burger Meal. Wow. Makes KFC look like crap! And the price was so cheap! £5 with loads of chips and a can of pop! Also the desserts are gorgeous! The staff are so polite and friendly. Had a nice chat with the man serving. Clean and tidy inside, seems lovely to sit and eat in! Recommended 5 STARS!!”

“I ordered a Rajas' Meat Special pizza, with large chips & 2 drinks and 3 samosas, and it was delicious! We made a special request to add less cheese, and they listened. We appreciate them listening to us, and we enjoyed the food. Been with them for over 15 years, and is a place we regularly go to, this is just the first time we have made a review. Would definitely recommend people to get this specific pizza, fab work.”

“Having been coming here for many years. Food has always been the same. Nice going guys. Got the zinger burger and rajas special pizza meal tonight. Pizza was nice and steaming straight from the oven. Generous amount of toppings and cheese. Really enjoyed this Zinger burger, definitely one of the best zingers around. Was coated really nicely and consistency with the salad and mayo was perfect. Cannot complain at all. These guys chips are also really good. Nice and crispy with the peri salt which adds a nice kick! Guy on the phone told me around 25 mins , I arrived in 15 minutes and food was already ready. Top service by the guys at the front. Excellent prices aswell. Both meals for £13. Cant go wrong Will certainly be visiting again.”
