  “Placed order on uber eats. They use their own driver. Food was supposed to come in 20 mins had to ring them up many occasions and they kept telling me driver is on the way even 2 hours later. The owners and staff will do anything to make a bit of change. It was only a £12 order too. Don’t worry on the day of judgement you will see what happens for this £12 you think you win here but watch how my lord will avenge me take care”

  “Food has gone downhill. I remember college daya this place used to be affordable and portions were very big. But its liks they have gone stingy on the portions, chips always either come out soggy or overcooked for some reason. They also dont put a lot of sauce on either. Only reason i go sometimes is because of the paninis. Otherwise, id go other deli places like oak lane and manningham lane.”

  “I ordered the beef steak and rice. I was told it would take 15–20 minutes, but it ended up taking around 30. That’s not a big issue — delays happen. What was disappointing was the food itself. I was really looking forward to a good-quality meal after a long day, but the beef was very old, tough, and chewy, I could not even finish it. I called afterward to politely give some feedback. The person who answered, who I believe was the owner, showed no concern and came across as accustomed to disappointed customers. I was told there were supply chain issues, but I was also told the beef had been delivered that same day, which didn’t add up. Overall, a very disappointing experience, both in food quality and customer service.”

  “To be honest, I shouldn't even give 1star, as their spoken and listening skills are extremely poor. They haven't heard of good customer service. The customer shouldn't ever spoken to rudely and aggressively. I won't be ever using this service again.”

  “Lovely food, we had chicken pasta, chicken tandoori panini and a grilled steak burger. Especially like how they offer healthier options than other shops.”

  “Ordered close to closing time on Uber Eats. One item wasn't available so they changed for a chicken steak burger after phone call agreeing to this change. Very happy with the service and happy with the food given. Will definitely re order in the future. Thanks”

  “Only 2 of the 3 meals arrived. Uber eats have given me a refund but we've still had to share the meals around. It's a shame because the food that did arrive was nice. Someone has replied to me from Deli Passion since I posted this review telling me that I am wrong and all the meals did arrive! Not great customer service to accuse me of making it up.”
