On Commercial Rd. in Bournemouth's town centre, Bobby's occupies a historic former department store building being reworked floor by floor into a mix of local businesses, events, arts and food and drink. A cosmetics floor holds counters such as Estée Lauder, alongside body treatments including foot scrub, back massage, neck massage and Indian head scrub, plus eyebrow tinting and shaping. A fourth-floor restaurant, filled with plants and with views out over the building, serves dishes such as hanging kebabs with gluten-free choices, and a bar operates upstairs as well. Entry throughout is walk-in, with no reservations taken. Some floors remain closed or blocked off as the regeneration continues, and testers on the cosmetics floor can run low on stock. The building sits close enough to a Franco Manca outlet that its garlic smell sometimes reaches the cosmetics hall.

I had the best massage anywhere in Dorset. Highly recommend. The ladies are absolutely lovely at the back and do a wonderful job if anybody's looking for a proper body massage in a beautiful place, this is it We have now. My entire family have visited this place and had their massage in total. We have had up to 10 11 treatments foot scrub back massage neck massage Indian head scrub everything you name it. “The girls are great in Bobby’s. Their service is fab, however prices are always so much higher than Boots so they need to be more competitive. Also their testers and stock are regularly out, and means you settle for something you don’t want. Overall great store design and their testers aren’t behind cabinets but could work on a few things.”
