“I visited today at around 1:55 pm and placed a takeaway order. I also ordered a tiramisu latte, but when I was given my takeaway bag, the drink was missing. Unfortunately, I only realised this after I got home. It was disappointing, as I had paid for it but didn’t receive it. I hope you’ll be able to look into this and ensure it doesn’t happen again.”

“I visited KFC Bournemouth Triangle today, and I had a fantastic experience. I ordered a shake and burger, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best I've had, I really enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful. A special thanks to the team at the front counter, who spoke so politely and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Great customer service really makes a difference, and they definitely made my day. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!”

“The food was clearly prepared fresh to order, which was a huge positive. Everything arrived piping hot, and the quality of the food itself was very good. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. While we appreciate that busy periods can cause delays, a more positive attitude towards customers would have improved the overall experience. Overall, the fresh and hot food was the highlight of the visit, but the long waiting time and lack of friendliness from the staff let it down.”
