Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out the soft play area as the primary draw, with many noting it keeps children entertained while remaining visible to parents. Close behind are the milkshakes and the all-day breakfast, with several praising the vegan sausage as a standout. The Kinder Waffle and brownies also earn frequent mention, and the charcuterie board receives specific praise from party hosts. A recurring caveat is the limited space, with some noting it suits very small groups or younger children best, while one reviewer describes porridge as stodge and the food prices as high. Several highlight the cleanliness and the healthy, non-fast-food kids' options. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and helpful, with multiple accounts of going the extra mile. One reviewer reports a disappointing party experience, and another notes the play equipment left older children bored.

“We had our son's 4th birthday party here with 6 of his little friends. It was lovely. We did have a very tiny party as the cafe is quite small so suited us very well. I was very pleased with the charcuterie board ordered for parents which was much nicer than I expected! The kids had a lot of fun and enjoyed the snacks on offer too. It was a lovely party overall.”

“Lovely soft play, we have been coming since my son was just 6 months old. Today we were served by Mica and Ciena who were both lovely.”

“i had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this restaurant. We paid in advance to organize a children’s party at their play area, so we expected a welcoming and understanding atmosphere for kids. …”

“Honestly, we were disappointed. The place is nice, but small. The boys had porridge which was pure stodge, we ended up making it ourselves with a cup of milk they gave us. The food and drink prices are extortionate, but I suppose you're only paying £5 per child, so they have to make their money somewhere. I wouldnt mind so much if the food was better quality. The staff were nice but lacked any enthusiasm. Better suited to 2 and 3 year old, I feel. My 4 and 5 year old were bored quite quickly with the lack of play equipment.”

“A lovely little place, staff are wonderfully kind and go the extra mile! The milkshakes are sooo good 🙈🤤 the food is just as good, the little play area keeps children entertained whilst being able to see them at all times! Perfect for little ones and families 😍 staff very friendly and forthcoming, can’t do enough for you. We had a really experience here and now visit regularly!”

- How it stays current
- Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
