  “Absolutely amazing service from the guy who works there. Food was amazing especially the turkey cheese burger! The sizzler chicken wrao is good for somebody who loves quite spicy foods! Just the burgers alone are filling. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! It was so good thank you!!!!”

  “We’ve ordered from this place quite a few times, it’s usually quite decent food but today we received dry chips and too oily chicken. The food was unenjoyable but it’s not always like that so I’m giving 3 stars. Definitely will look for other places with more consistent quality standards now”

  “Ordered last night chicken burger meals. I don't know what's gone on but I've had more chicken in a chicken nugget than I did on my chicken fillet burger. It was more crisp than anything and you charged £7.50 with a pot of gravy sorry to say I won't be ordering again from here your better off getting a mc chicken sandwich from mc ds and thats saying something”

  “I regularly order from allens and often recommend to friends. However., this evening I ordered a meal at 9.30pm a meal for my family as I'd been working late to say I was disappointed was an understatement a whole nuggets meal missing and no apology or warning just a bag of clearly whatever was left in the hot hold cabinet dry chicken hot wings. From a regular customer I feel disappointed I hope this was just a rare one off as if receive a meal of that standard again im afraid I'll be looking elsewhere.”

  “The last couple of times the food has been disappointing. Cold gravy. Cold chicken in the burger and also the barm is always dry and stale. It has definitely gone down hill. I won’t be coming here anymore. Used to always have hot fresh food. Didn’t even get a lot of chips. I’ve given it a couple of chances by going a few times, but for some reason the standards have dropped. Will be going elsewhere from now on.”

  “First visit to this place after being massively disappointed several times at another "fried chicken" outlet. Wow it was bloody amazing, the chicken pieces and wings were so tasty and tender, not dry at all, freshly cooked and everythin still hot after driving 4 miles home. Friendly service and value for money. Will definitely go back 100%”

  “Im sorry to say not impressed at this at all firstly the website is rubbish when it comes to putting your address in, secondly after eventually i placed the order which normal delivery is 40 to 45 minutes only to receive an email informing me it is delayed by a further 15 minutes. They charged me for delivery which i wouldn't have minded if on time and the further insult was the 40p service charge for a poor service. They need to learn about customer service and their promise on their website well back to kfc for us. We ordered at 5 past 6pm this before i even placed the order and we amended the address via phone and online food arrived at 7.35 pm further to this the spicy wings that arent very spicy where bigger than the chicken pieces i would suggest looking elsewhere for a traditional chicken meal. Also you told me that it was ready now then said it left 5 mins ago only to arrive a further 10 minutes later. Plus ypu also charge more for collection which you made excuses to me before so let the general public make their minds up now.”
