  “Didn't expect such a great experience in a more rural part of Scotland. Extensive menu with classic curries, and chef specialties. Food was very good and the service was prompt despite being a party of 10. Portion size of the curry is arguably on the slightly small side. However, by the time you order your rice, naan and starters it's just right. Definitely worth a visit.”

  “We dined here on opening night just over a year ago and loved it. We have spoken about the restaurant since then so we had to take the opportunity to visit again when staying just over half an hour away. It did not dissapoint! My daughter was with us this time and agreed that it's the best Indian meal we have ever had ( well, since the last time we were here! Lol). The food was delicious, perfect portions which left us feeling satisfied but not stuffed, with no waste. Lovely staff and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend you pay it a visit if you are in the area or fancy a road trip!”

  “Great food and great service. I recommend the Seekh Kebab as a starter and the North Indian Garlic and Chilli with chicken and Garlic Naan with a couple of pints of Cobra. The Chardonnay was also excellent. If you are looking for an authentic taste in lovely surroundings with great staff then this is the place to visit.”

  “Disappointing experience – not what we expected We ordered Korma and it was tasteless, no Flavour, no sweetness to it, just bland, the rice had more flavour. When we told the waiter he said the reason was because it was our 1st time and korma is meant to be like this. The portion was disappointing I had about 5 pieces of chicken in my dish. The restaurant felt cramped and they had just so many tables in there you could hardly move from your seat. Definitely the worst Indian meal I have ever had. Would not recommend, surprised that it has so many good reviews because we experienced the worst food with the worst service!”

  “I visited this evening with a friend and don't know where to start. First of all, it's 5/5. The service was super friendly, fast and the restaurant was warm and welcoming. The food was unreal. I eat out 2-3 times per week, and at this stage I've probably tried 50+ Indian restaurants in Scotland. Let me tell you, this is the best one I've ever experienced when it comes to lamb. The lamb chops and lamb tikka were succulent and seasoned perfectly. Cooked crispy out the outside, yet very tender and buttery-soft on the inside. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing to get good Indian food. This visit was on the way back from Glenshee, however, I wouldn't hesitate driving 2 hours just to have dinner here; it's that good.”

  “We visited for the first time with friends and have been back again within a week. Food is amazing, curry tasty and delicious garlic naan and onion bhaji. The waiter Marko is so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant itself is clean and nice atmosphere. We really enjoy coming here and will be regulars”
