About Trilogy Blackpool
Trilogy Blackpool is a nightclub at 11 Talbot Rd in Blackpool, spread across three floors, with fire and stilt walkers, confetti and CO2 cannons as part of its live entertainment. A top floor bar and a middle floor bar serve the building, and the dance floor has plenty of space. Resident DJs play the nights, and themed events include a T2T night. VIP booths can be booked through the club's website, with mixers included. Security staff work on the door and inside, and bar staff give out cup covers on request. A cloakroom takes jackets in exchange for a ticket.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the music, from great DJs and a great sound system to a T2T event where the headliner went off, alongside a vibrant, cool atmosphere and a dance floor with plenty of space. Close behind are VIP booths with mixers all night, described as good value, with managers quick to respond to problems. Friendly, polite bar and door staff get repeated credit, and one LGBT reviewer felt safe, noting free entry before 11pm and that every bar handed over a cup cover on request. The complaints center on service and crowd handling. One reviewer describes a long wait at the top floor bar, middle floor bar staff leaving during a rush and standing on their phones, and a promised first-drink offer that was not honored. Another says security ejected their stag group without listening to their side. A few mention sticky floors and loud music, though one found upstairs opening at 12:30 worth waiting for. One reviewer was left unable to retrieve a jacket when the cloakroom attendant insisted no ticket had been handed over.

“I have been coming in this past week but have some concerns regarding staff, the other day there was a young man on the ‘cloakroom’ as I asked for my jacket he said do I have my tick which I had already gave him, he then proceeded to say I didn’t give it him, I couldn’t get my jacket so that’s my first concern. Not only that all he was doing is leaning on the side doing absolutely nothing, does not look very professional if you ask me I have run pubs before and not once are they allowed to just sit there and slouch. Where there is leaning to be done there is cleaning to be done. The second one was the top floor bar staff are quite rude, they don’t speak to people with respect or dignity, there was a small female on the middle of the bar, as my husband ordered both our drinks he proceeded to pay, then wanted to order more as I didn’t want to keep coming to the bar so I got him to order a few more, she looked at both of us and said next time tell me the full order instead of telling me after you have paid, bare in mind we was stood there for 25 minutes waiting for and of the there people working on that bar to serve us, she not only was rude but didn’t give us our drinks till he said thanks, and might I just add last time I checked it’s optional, not mandatory, she should learn to speak to people like human beings rather than bing delinquents. The third is last night we came in again last night after the darts at winter gardens the night went okay until it got around 3ish, there was sick lying round of the tables near the top floor stairs, sick near the mirror in front of them tables, I will say this did get attended to by a young small ish looking man, I am gonna say probably Latino? Correct me in I’m wrong. I will also comment on the middle floor bar staff in particular the 2 females on the big bar, they was constantly off the bar during a rush I was stood there with my husband and some family friend waiting to be served when all they kept doing was going off the bar, left 2 people to serve a bar full of people, luckily I got served after 10 minutes, until the girl on the middle till near to some sort of white box pretty sure they were power banks (waste of money £25 deposit!!!) I by accidentally spilled a bit of my drink on the bar she proceeds to scream and shout and throw a cup across the bar hitting a fellow co worker, nobody comes to work for that there is no reason she’s screaming and shouting, yes I get that’s it’s busy but everyone feels the same not just her to lash out, second is the female next to her she’s just sod there and next minute walked off the bar for ages, bare in mind at this point I’m still stood there waiting to be served. Bare in mind when both the female came back on the bar all they did was stand there on the mobile phones, if you are going to be stood there on ya phone then don’t work in a busy club simple as that. When I asked the one with dark black is hair unsure if was black or dark brown due to lighting, if “she was serving or something” she replied with some stupid answer as, I’m serving someone at the minute ya gonna have to wait, I just said to her sorry but you are you on your phone, unsure if she heard me as she just walked off to someone else. Let’s just say we won’t be coming back for the darts, as not only this but it was mentioned to be free drink if it’s your first, not ones at the start even though I asked about it. We spent quite a bit of money last night in that club to be treated so disrespectful. Sorry if this seems bitchy but it was not a night 2 nights the rest was wonderful.”

“Since my arrival in Blackpool on 6th August, 2025, I had the pleasure of revisiting Trilogy Nightclub, a venue I have valued and enjoyed from 2022 to 2025. The vibrant atmosphere, exceptional music, and unwavering energy remain just as remarkable as before. I am here until 20th September 2025 and look forward to visiting regularly to experience the warmth and love of the people of Blackpool. I am grateful to the dedicated staff and security team for their warm welcome and respect. Thank you, Trilogy Nightclub Blackpool family, for your outstanding hospitality.”
