  “Really good food and the lady serving us was brilliant. Would highly recommend for families. You need to pay when ordering. Dont know if they have had issues with dining and dashing but we were happy to pay.”

  “We came as a family of 8 (mixed ages from grandparents down to 3yr old grandson). I decided to leave this review purely because of our server "Annie". She was everything you could wish for. Hugely welcoming, accommodating (menu adjustments mainly), kind and efficient. We're normally a very socially aware and well behaved guests as a family, but yesterday we had a combination of a few things that seemed to culminate during our first visit to Wild West. Our 2 small grandchildren were not the perfect darlings they normally are due to the length and heat of the day so they were restless and later on the disabled alarm cord in the toilets was inadvertently pulled 🫣 Also, one of our adult sons was attempting to make a bit more space at his end of the table when he knocked off a full glass of Fanta all over the table and floor! He was mortified! Needless to say, despite our best efforts I would describe us as a challenge - polite and friendly, but yes, a challenge. Through out it all, Annie was... outstanding! I have never ever left a review because an individual staff member warranted it - but this is my happy exception. She was even gracious enough to check on us as she was leaving at the end of her shift. From all of us Annie, thank you. ❤️”

  “First time going here for my birthday and will definitely be back. Steak was exceptional and my daughter loved the mac and cheese burger. Staff were super friendly and food came quickly. They even gave me free doughnuts with chocolate sauce as a treat for my birthday which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. It was also great that when you book your table you can chose to book a booth. Lovely sitting in the window watching the world go past.”

  “We got into Blackpool late today and needed something to eat. We had seen the Wild West previously but never been in but I must say we were very impressed. They were still taking orders after 21.30 which was great for us, we were served by Jordan and Joanna both were very pleasant and helpful whilst taking our order and serving etc. The food was excellent, we had to wait 30 mins for our food but it was worth it and to be fair they were really busy. Has the name suggests the place is Wild West themed and you could imagine being in the USA whilst eating. We will definitely use this place again. Thankyou”

  “Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for microwaved, basic, unseasoned food. Tried to order some drinks at the bar, manager told my waiter to take me to the table. After the long wait my young children didn’t want to sit at table anymore.”

  “Took my partner in for her first ever meal at this restaurant yesterday and she loved it. We was greeted by Anton our server who swiftly found us a seat with no booking, luckily for us it was gone 7pm and there was ample seating available! Anton gave us plenty of time to browse the menu and was very friendly and informative about what we ordered and made sure neither me or my partner had any allergies of any kind. The food and drink was fantastic along with a great atmosphere, a cool western theme and background music set just at the right level. Anton our waiter/server was very friendly had a great sense of humour and couldn't do enough to accommodate both myself and my partner, he is a credit to your business 👏 Our score is an easy 10/10 all round. P.s please add breaded garlic mushrooms to your starter menu.”

  “Visited for the first time on 07/02/26 was seated fairly fast by the lovely staff was handed menus and explained it was bar service the drinks were brought over by a polite lad and the food followed not too long afterwards wow!! The portion size was bigger than expected and the flavour and presentation was spot on the only negative i left with was the condiments cafe style cheap sachets of sauce didn’t compliment the great flavours of the food good food needs good sauce !”

  “Service was bog standard, paying straight after ordering took away from the dining experience a little but oh well it’s minor. The food on the other hand was awful. Adults cheese burger and kids cheese burger, the burgers were black, couldn’t tell you if they were seasoned well or anything because the burnt flavor overtook everything. Burger buns were also burnt black, stale, extremely unpleasant to eat. Gross, hard chewy bits in the meat, I always finish a meal I’ve payed for even if it’s bad but i could only eat my chips served in the cliche frying basket. Food was also served on a baking tray.. strange, cluttered up the table not aesthetically pleasing in the slightest. If i’m paying £16 for a meal I’d like it on a plate. Salt and pepper presented in a scatty sauce tub on the table, the restaurant itself is lovely, nice ambience and decor but the utility choices and dinewear seems more scruffy and half arsed than rustic. We dined as a family of 4 very hungry, not often fussy and only 1 of us finished a meal. Unfortunately just about the worst food I’ve had in a restaurant ever, how you can make a simple cheeseburger inedible i’m not sure but it is really really poor.”

  “food was amazing and filled you up. service was excellent with the workers coming asking if you needed anything else and were all so kind and funny. atmosphere was amazing fit with the theme perfectly. overall one of my favourite places to come to in blackpool”
