Customer Review Summary
Bottomless brunch is the clearest draw, with guests praising hosts who topped up glasses before they emptied and a waiter who added elderflower to a Hugo spritz. Close behind is friendly, quick service at breakfast and lunch. One business breakfast was called delicious, and a Saturday lunch arrived quickly, well presented, alongside lovely spritzers. Food gets mixed treatment. One diner found a medium steak with crispy sweet potato fries cooked perfectly and tasty, and a friend enjoyed the beef brisket tacos, while another reviewer's sirloin ordered medium-well came severely overcooked, dry and tough. One couple heading to a show found the room rammed with drinking parties and music so loud they had to shout, and another diner described a server who never smiled or spoke, though the person clearing plates did. Even so, one reviewer wanted to give the service charge to their server rather than the venue.

“Had a drink with some friends here and can honestly say we were impressed. The girl that took out orders was amazing, I didn't get her name, but was 1pm. On Thursday 23rd July 2026, I'm hard of hearing and she was respectful and amazing. We will definitely be back”

“Went online trying to select a pre show venue for an evening meal. Chose this as we had eaten at other All Bar One establishments and it was a stones throw away from the Utilita Arena. Upon arrival it was rammed with drinking parties and the music inside was ridiculously loud. I don’t want to sound like some boring old fart, but the volume was genuinely uncomfortable and it was impossible to have any communication without shouting!! To be fair every venue in the complex seemed to be having their own disco, but for a couple in their 50’s just looking to grab a pre show bite to eat I would strongly advise to find somewhere away from the party crowds”

“We came here for bottomless brunch and Jonathan was our waiter & he was kind enough to add some elderflower to our Hugo spritz & catered to all our needs. He was efficient & helpful, and very kind. We will definitely be recommending the bottomless to everyone we know!”
