“We used to order via uber eats waffle sticks and shakes regularly because the kids loved the waffles. We always asked for Kinder Bueno flavour with no sprinkles or extra toppings and a note added to the order. The last two orders have been completely wrong. They said they cant see another so I even called to confirm the order and made it clear I wanted Kinder Bueno flavour with no sprinkles. They still covered it in toppings. The worst part was the customer service. Instead of apologising for yet another mistake, they argued with me and insisted I never asked for no toppings. Telling a customer they are wrong instead of taking responsibility is unacceptable. After getting the same order wrong twice and being treated with such rude, dismissive customer service, I won't be ordering again. If you can't follow a simple order and refuse to admit your mistakes, you don't deserve repeat customers.”

“I had an order collection from this place and the experience was very disappointing. The guy with the beard was extremely rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers properly. Customer service was unprofessional and made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend this place if you expect respectful service.”
