  “My experience was amazing!! The photo I gave as inspiration wasn't the best but the nails came out exactly how I wanted/pictured them and I am absolutely obsessed with how they turned out. Definitely recommend this place as they are so friendly and chatty and do the exact design you ask for, prices are very reasonable, I will 100% return in the future. You can tell how much expertise the workers have and the owners are so lovely to speak to. I'm over the moon with the results, thank you so much Jenny's nails!”

  “The worst set of nails I’ve had! Went in for builder gel, at first she did no prep and went straight in with the builder. She applied one thin layer and I had to ask for her to “build” it up. She was very rude about it and my nails were horrible and lumpy as well as not shaped.”

  “Awful service - the staff are rude and don’t even try and hide the fact they’re blatantly talking about their customers. The acrylic is applied so thick, they’re using cheap products which don’t last and I always feel so rushed when I go there. Won’t be returning.”

  “Awful and a rip off don’t go! My partner went for a pedicure got charged £30 for 10 minutes they have cut his feet and I had to redo the nails as they were not even done properly!! They were so rude also not happy”

  “The most awful set of nails I’ve ever had and rude, unprofessional staff. When I mentioned it the lady shouted at me and said ‘no one sees them from the underneath’. I was told to never come back to their shop again - not that I’d ever set foot in their again anyway!”

  “If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Genuinely the worst nails I've ever had. I had a gel pedi and gel hands. She didn't shape my nails on my hands and the varnish had bubbles in it and patches where it was not applied evenly. The pedicure was fine but she cut my toe whilst filing my nails and got the varnish over my skin and set it and it looks a mess. I would never return and suggest you save your money!”

  “Loyal customer for 2 years regardless of the many mess ups, but this was the last straw. Full set of acrylics and gel, paid £40 for them (not including tip). Gel wasn’t cured underneath and peeled off within 48 hours of having the nails. Went back to get it fixed but I had been away for the weekend. They blamed it on the “hot weather” from my holiday but I had been to Gt Yarmouth 😂not exactly hot. Had it fixed, but used a completely different colour regardless of me telling them 3 times. Two days later the same happened on another nail. Wouldn’t bother tbh🤷‍♀️lost a loyal, well tipping customer, won’t be coming back. Update: the one they “fixed” fell off 4 days after I posted this review.”

  “This is without a doubt the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. They have no attention to detail and they did not do a full manicure or pedicure (despite that being what I paid for). The shellac on my nails looks awful painted over my cuticles and with the paint applied so badly it looks like it’s been done by a child. I also took my step daughter for a treat (normal polish only) and it was chipped the next morning! They don’t care about the quality of their service, they are over priced and on top of that their place is unclean. I would not recommend anyone use them. Unless you want your nails to look worse when you leave than when you arrive.”
