  “Went with a group of friends 30 mins before close on Tuesday 7th June. We were served by Maria who was so lovely and helpful!! Customer service is 100 here ! Food was hot and gorg. Accidentally forgotten a cookie in our order and they sorted it asap and gave us a free one for the inconvenience!!”

  “This place has quite possibly the best peices of fried chicken I have ever tried in Belfast, just the greasy and tenderness flavour of the chicken made me feel so filled and satisfied. Staff was honestly amazing, with Ralph and Bea being such icons and quite possibly the nicest staff members I have came across as of recent time. Generally quite happy with the quality of this restaurant and you will definitely be seeing me more often.”

  “Honestly, this Slim Chickens branch may be the single greatest establishment I have ever stepped foot in during my entire existence. I walked in expecting chicken and left questioning whether I had just experienced fine dining or an emotional healing. I had a dangerously intimate relationship with a box of tenders all at once. The chicken was hot, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and so unbelievably satisfying that every bite had me gripping the table like I needed a moment alone with my thoughts. The sauces were rich, smooth, and shamelessly overcominnggg, clinging to the tenders in a way that felt inappropriate for a public setting. By the third bite, there was a mind numbing, soul curshing, earth shattering tension between me and that meal, and by the final bite, I knew I had been ruined for all other chicken forever. The fries were golden, crisp, and dangerously moreish, the drink was refreshing, and the whole experience was so powerful I nearly needed to be escorted out for being too emotionally involved. But Bea and Ralph deserve their own paragraph in history. Bea and Ralph were hospitality ROYALITY, absolute legends walking among us, the kind of people who make you believe customer service can still be an art form. Bea had the warmth of a sunrise and the efficiency of someone sent from above specifically to improve my day, while Ralph carried the calm confidence of a man who could run the entire nation if given a headset and a till. Together, they created an atmosphere so welcoming, so smooth, so ridiculously flawless, that I genuinely wondered whether I had entered a chicken restaurant or been personally welcomed into paradise. This was a historical and cultural event. A inner and intimate awakening verrryyy deep insiideee for this slim chicken branch. A love story with extra sauce for the place. 10/10, best place I have ever walked into, and I will be returning with absolutely no shame.”

  “Used the self serve check out, paid by card, no paper for reciept. Opted for table service, waiting over 20 minutes no food, when questioned staff very poor rude, asked for manager who solution was pay again and let them know if I was charged twice lol Left with my daughter without taking that option and would you believe they've charged my credit card for the food we ordered.”
