  “Great nails, terrible service!!!!!!!!!! This is my regular nail place as the nails very well and I like the selection of colours has lots of natural options and they don’t destroy your natural nails either. My natural nails are in really good condition because of this nail salon. HOWEVER… Had my nails done yesterday on the Saturday day after it didn’t actually seem that busy in the nail salon, but I was waiting for over half an hour just to sit down and have my nails done They kept on telling me it was going to be five minutes and it was not five minutes. There was also no option to book on a Saturday. The service really was terrible. I would’ve appreciated if they told me how long the wait it was going to be.”

  “I am extremely disappointed with my visit. The manicure was done very quickly (around 30 minutes), which clearly affected the quality. The shape is not properly filed, the edges are sharp, and the nails scratch. They are also too thick and look unnatural. The French tip is uneven and inaccurate. The atmosphere in the salon was also very unpleasant. There was no sense of calm or professionalism – the staff were constantly shouting and arguing with each other in their own language, which created tension and discomfort. A girl started working on my nails and was doing well, but halfway through she left and another employee took over. From that point, the experience became even worse – he was rough and aggressive, filing my nails harshly, pulling my hand, and at times it actually hurt. There was no care or attention at all; I felt like I was not treated as a person, but as an object. I also want to mention that I booked my appointment through your website for £35, but when I arrived, I was told the price is £38. This was not explained in advance and felt very unprofessional and misleading. Honestly, I even considered not paying, but I did out of respect. I will definitely not return and would not recommend this salon to others.”

  “This was my first time at London Nails and I left so happy with the service and the skill of doing my nails. I had BIAB done and I am so happy with the design. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! I definitely recommend coming here to get your nails done ☺️”

  “Not from around the area so visited this salon today based on google reviews. I am really impressed with my nails and they are much better quality than the nails I get in Bournemouth. The lady that did them (which I think may be the owner as she seemed in charge) was very professional and had a lot of attention to detail. I was very impressed and would definitely be a regular if I lived in the area. Thanks so much 😊”
