  “Very disappointed with this experience. I placed my order at 5:00 PM, with delivery scheduled for 7:00 PM, but the food didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM. My children had been waiting for their food for far too long. I tried contacting the restaurant, but their phone line wasn’t working. I also messaged the courier but received no response. What made the situation even worse was that I wasn’t able to cancel the order, so I couldn’t order from another restaurant instead. And the best part? When the food finally arrived, it was very cold, and some items were missing as well. This was extremely poor service, something I have never experienced before. I’m very disappointed with both the restaurant and Just Eat. Much better communication, service, and quality are needed.”

  “I ordered from here and the food arrived hot and tasted great. However, they completely forgot to include the Pepsi I ordered. It's frustrating to pay for a drink and not receive it.”

  “My 70 year old father stopped at this KFC after collecting my mother from hospital. He wanted to do something nice for her and treat her to a KFC on the way home. Instead, he left feeling angry and extremely upset. He only had cash with him and was unable to use the ordering screens. He politely asked a member of staff if he could place his order with her. Rather than offering any assistance, she simply directed him back to the screen, despite him making it clear that he didn't know how to use it. How difficult would it have been to simply take his order? My father is 70 years old. He was a paying customer asking for a very basic level of assistance. The complete lack of patience or common courtesy was absolutely disgraceful. He was so frustrated by the way he was treated that he walked out without ordering.”

  “You may think i am joking here or im a random person putting a review on, there was one lady that was so rude, i asked for the toilet code after i ordered and she just stared at me, i politely walked away as i wasn’t sure if she heard me. 2 minutes later i asked again and i said “excuse me do you have a toilet code?” she replied saying “Ugh you guys” and grabbed my receipt and started writing the code. I asked her, why be rude about it and she didn’t answer, so then when she fully wrote the code down she barely handed the receipt over and had too lean over and grab it. Eventually we got our food that to be fair was lovely, but we were missing fries , so yet again i walked over and i said politely again we have some items missing, she raised her voice saying “okay pack it all up and give it back, lets check” my friend walked over and gave her it back and she made us a new pack of chips. The food was really nice but extremely disappointed in this member of staff.”

  “3 kids meals ordered: take away! Staff didn’t provide the 3x ice creams id paid for! Noticed once home! Very slow service, quite honestly rude young staff, chatting amongst themselves and not providing what’s been paid for! Handed me drinks lid wasn’t on properly and it went all down my leg! Unable to contact store to advise and will not be returning! Would not recommend!”

  “We bought two 20-piece buckets of wings to serve to guests, but they were completely inedible. The chicken tasted off and the oil was clearly rancid. When we took them back to the shop to politely explain the issue, the service was shocking. The lady on the till was incredibly aggressive, literally shouting at us that "this is the only type of chicken we provide" and telling us to either take it back or "just lodge a complaint." She even had the audacity to accuse us of having already eaten the food. It was beyond embarrassing, especially with guests over and the kids being left so upset. This is easily the worst experience we’ve ever had at a takeaway. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this branch at all costs.”

  “By far the absolute worst kfc I’ve visited and the only one where you cannot see the cooking going on in the kitchen. The 3 girls serving looked out of place in their full black outfits and head scarfs, look unhygienic. I ordered a 3 piece meal which was cold fries, to legs and one breast full of bones. Shouldn’t it be 2 breasts and one leg? Eat here aut your peril, avoid at all costs.”

  “I visited the Bedford Road KFC recently and the food was fine, but the service felt stretched thin. There were only about four staff members on duty, and it really showed during the wait. Even something simple like asking for ketchup took quite a long time, which was a bit frustrating. It’s not the staff’s fault, they were clearly working hard, but the place could really use more people on shift to keep things moving smoothly. They also stole my money I am 11 YEARS OLD they was supposed to give me £14.04 but I got given 5 pound instead what a joke, I won’t be coming here again. The owner of this KFC needs to talk some sense into the employees because this is completely unacceptable.”

  “I've visited this store on a few occasions and each time the staff seem very uninterested in the customer. They are not rude just like robots until there mobile gets their attention. The place is clean and tidy. The food is far from exciting. Chips were cold, chicken was warmish. I might have been spoilt at other KFC with the piping hot food and enthusiastic staff. I would never choose to visit this branch again.”
