  “Lovely place to have lunch a real little gem right by the river. My daughter took me here first and then I took my sister who loved it. Very nice food also,, lots to choose from and their cappuccino is to die for.”

  “I love this cafe I have breakfast there at least twice a week, which is very tasty with top quality Sausages. The staff are amazing, the team of 5/6 young lads and lasses gliding around the cafe bringing you your food are a real positive always smiling always helpful. The cafe is always busy , the good food, dog friendly, views over the lake and friendly staff make this a 10 out of 10 restaurant/cafe.”

  “Four of us had an absolutely fantastic afternoon tea. Food superb and excellent value for money. Catered well for one guests special dietary needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.”

  “Decent cafe/restaurant catering for anglers and passers by. Had the full English, reasonable fare, but not fantastic.Have added a star for the lakeside location, friendly staff, especially the girl who offered to help my disabled friend”

  “Usually pretty good but today we waited an hour for food, they were busy but people long after us in the queue got Thier orders first. When it did come out, one item was wrong and another cold. Won't be rushing back.”

  “Me and my mate went to wylands farm cafe for the first time last week for a cheeky breakfast 😋. Staff were friendly and welcoming and although it was busy they found us a table straight away. Full English was on the cards 😁 and did not disappoint , food was very tasty and portion size was bang on 👌 Will definitely go back when we are up that way again.”

  “The setting is stunning, the staff and food not so much. I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s always very below standard. The staff aren’t welcoming, and can be a bit rude. I ordered a flat white and got a large cup of warm milk with a hint of coffee, that’s not a flat white!! Cheesy chips were fine, but the Heinz Mayo and Ketchup have been refilled with a cheaper alternative, this causes issues for allergens and is false advertisement. I won’t come back.”

  “Wife and I eaten here 5 times also with 3 generations of our family always been happy with food and service even at peak times. Perhaps a little pricey but range of desserts and lovely lake views is worth it. As a bonus it's dog friendly inside and out. And we are enjoying another lunch here right now!”

  “First time here, we had a 4 hour staff meeting, staff very helpful and friendly, food and service was as to be expected, professional and just what you want from a nice cafe. Stunning scenery, lake, green relaxed family areas, not the cheapest, but then it’s not full of kids and builders shouting at each other. Perfect for our meeting and a few hours away from the gym.”

  “A wonderful breakfast and lunch cafe situated looking out on the nearby fishing lakes. An extensive array of breakfast, lunch and cake options available. Outdoor seating is available with a large carpark located at the front. Friendly staff are on hand and willing to assist with individual orders. We chose the breakfasts where the food is plentiful and tasty. There’s not too much of wait for it to arrive, where they use a pager system to identify where you are. Items can be swapped out if you not keen on certain things which is always a good thing. Prices are a little on the higher side but you simply get what you pay for. The decor is not what you’d expect, with comfortable leather seating on the side and large tables, meaning it’s easy to cope with large groups. Overall a lovely place to visit and enjoy a quick bite or full breakfast or lunch”
