“Service and food delivery/ presentation is absolutely awful! First arrrived, and went to the counter to order as I usually don’t use the touchscreens and was completely ignored the whole time despite there being three workers behind the bar. When I eventually ordered on the touch screen food took ages to be prepared even though there were only 2 or 3 people in front of me. I watched them as they so called formed/ wrapped my burrito in the worst and most pathetic way possible I wouldn’t even call it a burrito ( as seen below). Straight up slop and a complete waste of money! I truly hope this isn’t the norm across all locations as it is completely unacceptable! 100% would not recommend!!!”

“Visited 2 weeks ago and still remember the experience. Great food and service. Dylan was a hoot - he made us laugh and looked after us while we ordered. Thank you for giving us Aussies some much needed humour and vegetables. The young guy from Scotland was also so friendly and gave us some travel tips. Everything is prepared fresh every morning. My husband and I would go back again if we could.”
