  “I don't live in Barrow but when I do comeback I always try to get Jade to sort my hair out. She does an amazing job every time. Great vibe, great service, decent prices. Jade listens and gives advice on what to do with style and cut. I also get my beard trimmed and shaped. Jade takes great care and does a fantastic job. Always great to catch up. Best barbers in Barrow, easily.”

  “Jade, had her twice now for walk ins, is always a gem to talk to and clearly handles herself professionally and to high standards, asked me twice if my top was the right length, always double checks. Thank you for your amazing service. Turned this rough scraggly dosser into a well shaped and groomed man. Always loved this barbers, known the family for a while. Best stylist in the area by a country mile, they have my loyalty for life.. Thank you Paul and the team for your impeccable customer service.”

  “Leo did a great job on my little boys hair, with was a nightmare of a job. We will definitely be recommending and returning. I Can’t rate the staff enough, a really busy barbers so definitely pre book.”

  “I must've gone on a bad day, lad who cut my hair was more interested in listening to someone else's conversation and made a right mess of the back of my hair. Only found out when I got home and my misses showed me one side was nearly a inch longer! Ended up going to another barbers to have it sorted out. Two stars awarded, one for being open and one for cost being low but I see why!”

  “I dropped in this place for the first time after hearing good things from reviews. I hadn't booked an appointment as I read that its not always necessary. So when I went in I looked around and sat down to take my turn. There were two guys already cutting hair and I was next in line. Just then, a third member of staff came downstairs and stood next to a vacant chair and made eye contact with me to show he was available. However, just as I was getting up, one of his mates came through the door, pushed past me and said 'fit me in will you?' and went and sat down in the vacant chair. To my surprise the staff member (black teeshirt) said 'yeah mate why not', and began to cut his hair and just shut me down, its like I wasn't there. So to summarise, if your a new customer and you're not one of their mates, the chances are you are going get very bad customer service.”
