  “Had to edit this due tonight. The girl got my order wrong on the phone. So I called to find out why, she kept telling the others that I had ordered food that I do not like... Why would I order it. She also missed an item off my order. I then had to go to the shop to be treated with her back to me and vaping in the shop. Once I got my replacement food who h the kebab meat was clap cold with it being left on the side and not put under the heater as usual. Got met with no apology, instead with "that will be three quid extra. Absolutely shocking service.”

  “Absolute crap! Wouldn’t even feed it to dog. Cheese burger looked like it had been thrown against a wall then boxed up. And pizza just fell to pieces! Looked like a 5yr old made it. On top of that food got delivered stone cold… worse takeaway I’ve ever had!”

  “We waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for food, after we were told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour, 😫 we tipped the driver because he was so apologetic!, The food was cold ....flat cold, even the kebab had fat and grease forming upon it, my partner phoned to complain, they said the next time we ordered, we would get a discount, I wasn't happy with this because it wasn't edible, so I phoned back and explained how cold and unpleasant the food was, I was put onto the owner, i tried to explain that me and my partner had been working all day, not eaten, and was looking forward to our takeaway, but it arrived very late, was inedible and i would appreciate a full refund, at this point the owner started to get aggressive and high rate, saying that because wed touched the food, we couldn't have a refund!! Obviously wed picked the food up and tasted it, to find out it was absolute dog crap!!!.... so i spent nearly 20 minutes trying to argue my point and just wanted a refund,.... 1, food was over 1n half hours late! 2, we still tipped driver 3, food was stone cold, chips, like rubber n white fat settling on kebab meat!! He carried on been aggressive and shouting at me!!! Absolute shambles, wouldn't recommend!!!!”

  “Take away and delivery of Pizza's, hamburger 's and Parmesan's in South Athersley. It's a great venue, in South Athersley, the food is always freshly cooked. Personally I love the Pizza they are light and balanced in flavour without going too heavy in the tomato base or cheese toppings like some of the "franchise" brands. Hamburgers are really juicy and flavourful and there is enough choice to keep going back.”

  “This is the second time we have ordered after previously having a good experience, unfortunately our second time ordering was a huge disappointment really greasy, soggy pizza and calzone also chicken Parma wasn’t great! Only good thing was the chips bottle of pop was out of date and flat when opened. Disappointed as we thought we had found a good take away”
